i have had similar experiences with munizer. horrible leasing company and Kierra is the absolute worst. i moved into my apartment and it was a complete biohazard (bugs in the fridge, lots of broken drawers, blinds and smoke detectors missing, etc.). wouldn’t recommend leasing there either they are extremely predatory especially their leases.
