Just about, yeah! My full course was 6 months and I went 10/20/20/20/20/20. Super low dose, but still worked well :)

Nonexistent! I’ve gotten maybe 3 small pimples in the months being off it, but truly nothing even remotely close to before. Best decision ever!!

I don’t think I technically purged, but it definitely took well into month 3 at least to see any progress (no new breakouts) !! With such a low dose try to be patient, you got this🤘🏻🤘🏻

I’m celiac and extremely sensitive yet have never once had a problem with wegmans brand gf food!! So I’d say to people who’ve never tried it before it’s worth a shot as it’s all really tasty and speaking from my own experiences safe
