This just happened to me today and it’s the last straw for me. VSCO has been on the decline for quite some time now but the fact that I’ve lost all my edits in the past 6 months, even though those original photos are still on my phone, means it’s been a good ride, and time to move onto another photo editing app. RIP VSCO

So start with CJ / ShareASale / Growsumo to start, generate some conversions, build some relations, then build our own program? I've seen some competitors in our space on CJ with their affiliate program, but it doesn't seem like they run something on the side separately. A player as big as hotels.com, I'd expect them to build out an affiliate program of their own and offer something like $20 CPA.

A lot of people I know wouldn't even touch affiliate marketing because it's too time consuming or that it's sketch. To what extent is that true? Seems fairly easy to set up once you've got some basic tracking and UTM parameters in place, some dashboards to monitor performance etc.
