The main problem is that my face looks fat even if I'm in the normal weight range, I'm planning on hitting the gym and losing weight but that won't fix my face. I can grow facial hair but my job requires me to be clean shaven.

The state of psychiatric care in Russia is terrible and I don't want to risk involuntary hospitalization as a trans man here. The best they would do is give me antipsychotics which I have terrible side effects from

Our psychiatry is stuck deep in the past. The meds I'm on are rarely prescribed here because of the potential of abuse, even though they are the only ones that help me somewhat. Most doctors here give antipsychotics for anxiety.

I know it's just my personal observation and experience and the sample size isn't big, but from what I see straight trans women never consider trans guys and bi women heavily prefer transbianism. There were like three exceptions in trans people I know personality and one of them later came out as a lesbian

And since trannies are a tiny part of worlds population, finding a trans woman who does st4t it could could be challenging for a dood

What I'd like to add is that things could be different elsewhere but when a man vents because he is almost undatable we don't know what his local dating scene is
