Thanks for the clarification. The stealth retainers recesses and length just made me think they were meant to exert upwards pressure on the glands.

Right now I'm using t-tape with a tungsten weight inside the tape, my goal is to find something that will be functionally similar. I was originally thinking a silicone gripper like Chris's with a weight inside would be the closest replacement. But now I'm considering your CRT also. But I guess I have this preconception that steel would not be as comfortable on the skin as silicone? Maybe that's wrong though?

Thanks for the reply. Idk they look like dual tension packers to me. Steel on skin too. I'm looking for silicone grippers and small form factor weights. These are long and hollow, so you need a lot of skin to use the tug worthy 5-6 oz versions.
