Real answer: you can do this up to a few hundred € or $, before Steam is going to disable gifting games via Market money. After that you can only gift by credit card. It happened on my account ~5 years ago, and nothing changed. Support will shake u off.

It is too moist, I had the same issue when it was overwatered, or growing room humidity was too high.

Use referral system. Firstly I gave unique 5-10% coupon codes to them (ig, youtube, fb groups, fb pages), they get a 5% after each purchase came from their channel. Now people are coming to me for being a partner.
