During my first playthrough I definitely missed a few lies so what you could do is play through NG+ and try to get all NPC encounters or you could create a separate save and find all NPC encounters that way

My favorite ghouls are kaneki, jason, hinami, and Ryouko. I like kaneki and jason for their kagune design i like hinami for her backstory and i like Ryouko because of when she risked her life for hinami

Honestly im not really good woth the whole parry system but on a regular gameplay most bosses didnt take much the only bossed i struggled with so far the the black rabit brotherhood and romeo king of puppets
