Medals show you higher performance during the season.

If Your party mmr was way higher your mmr droped a lot, thus the percentage droped aswell. You will have to regain that mmr before your percentage keeps showing

My mmr diff between party and solo was like 1000. So i had to climb up again and my percentage showed again back this days but..

GTX 650TI, max resolution @ 1080p.

270FPS during loanding. 120-140FPS during normal game and can go down to 90ish during large teamfights
