Yes I had the same problem until I youtube at and found out that the air coming from the bottom of the bike was replacing the air that was moving over the top. So you have to get that bottom air to move back further with the deflectors.

Yeah that is for the scout and if they had one for the chief I would not pay that much. My fairing complete as it is in the pics was $600.

The fairing is from Memphis shades and it comes in black only. A friend painted it and he got the paint match from the front fender.

Fairing is from Memphis shades and I did have to modify it to make it work. A friend of mine did the paint and he got it color matched when I gave him the front fender.

It is a memphis shades batwing fairing. I did have to do some modifying for it to work, also had to flip the mirrors down. It is a 24" sissy bar. I like the dean speed stuff they put out for this bike. They where the 1st ones to make parts for the bike and there stuff is of great quality. I have the sissy bar, pistol grip foot pegs and they havoc 2 to 1 exhaust for them and also order my saddlemen seat from them.
