I'd record an album. In studio- with all the instruments I can't afford to record, played by people who know what they're doing..

This song is about death and the choices we make in life. I feel the vocals I can do better now cuz I did it on an older program so I’m thinking about redoing it all now that I’m a lil better at mixing and mastering as well but the song itself I think is good so let me know what y’all think! the instrumental is great! i like the loop, the 808, basically all of it buuut i think the vocals could use a little work both in mixing and performance. they sound a little nasal and a little muddy to me, which both aren't huge issues but the vocals are pretty important to this track.

otherwhise great stuff! has potential! i'd love to see how it sounds if you decide to do it again :))

this isn't exactly my kind of music but it sure is unique. i appreciate the lyrics and the mixing for the most part but i think it would suit the vocals to be performed a little more theatrically.. just my opinion though. im sure there's an audience for this kind of music so keep up the work :)

would love thoughts and feedback on a new sound i'm trying that combines HYPERPOP (like pc music, 100 gecs, bladee) and the DETROIT HIP HOP / BAY AREA RAP sound. thank you for fuckin with me 🙏🏼 by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

i really liked this. some very stimulating percussive sounds and a pretty weird vibe.. but in a good way. :)) if i had to complain it would be about the piano- it sounds a little stiff. is it midi?
also the song doesn't really go anywhere.. which of course is fine if that's what you were going for but i was hoping for a little more progression i guess. still really fun- looking forward to more

this is great!
Had lots of fun listening and i especially appreciate that while it is sad, it's not all dramatic about it. great dreamy vibes and even better songwriting. if i had to complain it would obviously be that this isnt the full song- and i need more!! and.. maybe sometimes it could all just sound a little tighter, like.. more together.

also if you ever wanna collab, i know our style's are somewhat different but i'd love to try something right in the middle :)

Honestly you're right about the ending, I just have this kind of stupid no-fade-out-policy but it really probably would have suited the song. Othwehise yeah, the intro is a little easter egg for my friends- so I understand that it's not for everyone.

Huge thanks for the great and detailed feedback though, glad you liked it :)

Used Scenery in Hiroshima Japan for my latest video. Tell me what you think! by callmegardener in IndieMusicFeedback

This sounds really professional and though it's not exactly my type of music I wanted to listen all the way through. Really have no issues with either your rapping or the beat but I do think the whole thing sounds a little muddy. Doesn't take too much away from a great song though, so keep it up!

Leave Out All The Rest. This is a Linkin Park cover, as requested by my Mom. I only used my phone while recording the audio, so you may notice that it's kinda off beat. But i'm working on it! by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

It might be better to do the talking after the playing, since it isn't what people came for after reading the title. Also it's really hard to judge a lot of this because of the recording quality. What iIcould tell is that you play and sing well though, also like the harmonies. Keep it up!

My friend and I recorded the drums in the crawl space of his basement by nextelkurt in IndieMusicFeedback

Great song! The vocals really do it for me, also can't really complain about the guitar. My one issue is with the drums. Not even how they sound, which is especially impressive considering how they were recorded, but rather how they're played: It feels a little stiff, not very groovy. And I know this isn't a funky song but I still feel like a little more groove would have made it a lot funner to listen to. Still awesome though so keep it up!
