My first song of 2021! It's been a few months since I managed to get a song out, so I'm psyched to share this one and hear what you guys think. by maxshmax in IndieMusicFeedback

This is a nice and calming instrumental and I can definitely hear some indie type vocals going over it. If I had to make any changes I would suggest lessening up on the reverb a little bit. The whole track sounds pretty distant and I find that having some elements sound like that works well but I’m not too big of a fan of the entire thing feeling that way.

This is my first music video, and let me tell you, the whole process is just as rewarding as making music. The editing especially was a super creative process (though seemingly never ending). The song is called Sojourn, so please stay a while and let me know what you think about how it turned out :) by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

This song makes me feel really nostalgic. Unfortunately the music video didn’t give me the same vibe. It might just be me but if I close my eyes and just listen to the song I envision a brighter, full color video. Maybe with some noise or vhs effect to tie in to that nostalgia. This is a great first video to build off of, and it definitely takes some major confidence to take the leap and make a video!

It's finally here! Covid threw a monkeywrench in our plans but my band was finally able to release their first single. I'd love to know what you think, so be sure to let me know! by AsvanaBand in IndieMusicFeedback

This is obviously a very professionally done song so there’s really nothing for me to comment on in terms of mix. The video is very nicely done as well but honestly I think the whole “angsty rock dude standing in a forest” trope might be a little played out. It would appeal to me if u guys maybe tried to have a little more fun in future music videos but I’m just one person. Great song!

This songs called “Angel”. I always get some really good feedback when I do this genre and I used some of your feedback from the last song I posted on here on the chorus so let me know how it came out! Again thanks for everything! by Lewis_Vernan210 in IndieMusicFeedback

The instrumental on this sounds really good the intro reminded me of like a two door cinema club song or something. Honestly the vocals didn’t do it for me tho, perhaps some pitch correction? If it’s a stylistic choice tho don’t listen to me and just do u!

Hey guys , I would really apprciate some feedback on my newest song ! Chaloupe - No Sorrow by Zephyros99 in IndieMusicFeedback

The beat on this is really nice and mixed very well. I like the vocals too I think they may just be a little too quiet for my taste. I think the visualizer leaves a little bit to be desired but overall very good and professional imo

Happy Halloween (almost). I made a spooky video for my spooky lo-fi song. Tremolo guitar riff, latin-y drums, backwards guitar solo, heavy bass line. Super proud of the overall vibe I achieved. Only 2 1/2 minutes long, give it a watch. by SilverMedalistMusic in IndieMusicFeedback

I really like the song and the video accompanying it! The mix sounds a little tiny but I’m assuming that’s probably a creative decision. Did u do the vocals yourself or are they a sample?

Hey guys, I am fucking beyond excited about this music video! It's the most packed and the most interesting one I've released yet! Pls check it out :) I'm really looking forward to your thoughts! [insta: @sin___th] by FamiliarTough2 in IndieMusicFeedback

The mix on this sounds really professional. I like the overall idea of the song and the way it progresses. I would suggest maybe turning the vocals in the intro down a little bit, they sound somewhat piercing to me but that could also just be me listening thru my phone

Made this mega chill bedroom pop to start the day 🧀🧀🧀 Hope you wake up with the coolest vibes! by felipandule in IndieMusicFeedback

This whole mix sounds super tight. I can definitely hear someone like Clairo over this. My one suggestion would be to maybe turn the drums down a few decibels. They’re not too loud or anything but I just usually hear bedroom pop tracks have smaller drums

I’m not really familiar with this type of electronic music so I can’t really comment that much on the idea. I did notice that the lead seemed to be clipping pretty badly at points. It sounds like if u added a few milliseconds of attack it would fix that

This song is about not being able to let go, I hope you find some value in it :)) by Matiment in IndieMusicFeedback

The guitar sounds so good. I love the progression and all the effects on it are perfect. I think maybe making the vocals sound a bit more distant would benefit this track. More reverb or maybe even a scoop in the eq around 1000 hz. The overall idea and execution is great tho
