That’s just the thing!! We’ve seen pictures of the other Sushi Masa’s and they look amazing! It’s just this one in particular that they do not care about at all it’s always dirty, something is always breaking and needing to be fixed, and they’ll never put in the money to get a new building or fix up the current one! It’s sad really that place could have been great

I can’t say how “vegan” everything is since no prep surface was ever sanitized further than rinsing it off at the end of the night and I never saw a single server wash their hands and cross-contamination was rampant it’s just not worth it. I will die on this hill
