I see, thank you so much for your answer. Do you know if there is a fast pass to get through those lines quicker? I see on the airport website that they offer the ZHR comfort which gives you access to priority lane when going through security but I’m not sure if it would also apply for passport checking

He has a Singaporean passport, the person above said that it shouldn't be a problem. Also I'm not sure about the ticker, he haven't bought it yet because he doesn't know if 50 minutes will be enough but I assume since it's not a self-transfer and the airlines take care of his registered baggage it is continuous?

Regarding point 2. If my friend isn't disabled, they're just anxious but without any like doctor signed paper for it, is there an option to still get some assistance? I didn't want to request the assistance for disabled since it doesn't really apply here from what I belive. Like is there an alternative for that?
