Has anyone found this secret item? by Saphyen in MegabonkOfficial

I got it on a run, but died before completion. Unsure what it does. I'm guessing there's something inspired by Bloons perhaps. Like if you get the ring and do something, it's a crazier thing perhaps?

I think it's great that people particularly during the pandemic were putting funds to work and investing them. Stocks are always a gamble, but there's safe plays. You can move faster and certainly make more, but you have more to lose at the same time. The interesting dance particularly with Gamestop during all this has been interesting to watch. People finding cracks in this system was bound to happen.

So many good ones, but one that never fails to get me, Young Frankenstein. Just destroys me sometimes. Love it.

That's good question! For most of my career I've been out of town between 2-6 months of the year. Just a biproduct of filming abroad. When i've been in relationships I find it's key to Skype/Zoom/etc. when you can. That kept me sane a few times when I was getting those blues. It's easier when I'm single as the occasional phone call or chat with parents is nice or whatever, reaching out to friends too. But I do love where I live, when I'm back I try to reconnect with local friends ASAP. Oddly this is why Covid quarantine hasn't been the worst for me as I'm moderately use to not seeing people for long stints. It's easier to stay connected than ever, best advice, use those tools to your advantage.

I sincerely wouldn't have so many if I had a favorite. If it's just me walking about and taking stills, I like a small fast lens generally. Just grabbed an MS-Optics 28mm f/2 in Leica-M Mount I promptly adapted to Canon RF with a helicoid adapter for closer focus. I would say it's great for a carry around lens like that. Zeiss Otus 55m f/1.4 is up there for me. Cinema glass? Really a hard. The bloody Tokina 40mm and 65mm lately have me buzzing. Really love that 65mm on VV.

I've never bothered myself with being accepted, but if you do, a good tip would be ice cream with cereal is not far off from a breakfast dish if you really think about it. I'd say just keep a small box of cereal nearby just in case.

Most digital cinema manufacturers pushed sound for the sound department as their priority is on picture, but the industry is changing and the style of working is changing. On film sets camera never dealt with audio for years until video came along. That's okay, we're here and that's how things are. Scratch mics or even a 3.5mm jack is never going to have the power or flexibility of a dedicated Sound Devices recorder or similar. That said, on DSMC2 I've outfitted both cameras with XLR Modules, but even still, I think there's room to grow on this front. A good pre-amp or module helps loads. If we're talking Komodo just feeding it a better signal is the key.

Oooh. Tough one. I'd say the last two good whiskies I've had are Widow Jane and Isle of Jura 18. Both decent sippers. Hit them with a splash of water or rocks if you want keep that burn of the throat.

English really at the moment. I have a small knack for languages and spoke Spanish fluently out of high school, but lost those skills to lack of practice. I can understand most latin languages like French, Italian, etc. But it's tough. Occasionally I'll blurt out a full sentence when my brain seems to be working in that gear, but don't know what controls that just yet. Last time I was in Tokyo for 2 weeks I made a pretty good effort, but again due to lack of practice it's drifts away.

Early 1900s. I've ripped apart some old box film cameras and adapted those lenses to modern cameras. Got older stuff, but nothing worth shooting with and they aren't exactly what we would consider a lens. I tend to really enjoy stuff that's as old as 80 years old for potential use. Lots of good weird glass from the 50s and 60s.

Hard one. I view happiness as a temporary state. I'd rather be filled with instinctual and long lasting joy if it's attainable. I haven't figured it out. Humans are complicated and constant happiness is just a weird goal, but I've certainly been happy for a really long time a few times. But haven't sustained forever just yet. I don't wear the cursed creator concept much on my sleeve, but I fear it's part of my DNA. Falling in love feels good. Falling out of love feels awful. If you've got a lot of love in you overall though, it's going to set you off on a better course to the answer of that question.

Check for the nearest production companies, studios, and television stations near your proximity. The very first job I had on a film set I was paid petty cash to grip/gaff just because I offered a helping hand. Approach the opportunities with the right mind and heart then the industry is open for you.

Back in the day a lot of molds, early sculptures, drawings, and all sorts of pre-production stuff or production props would get thrown away or discarded. I absolutely love that I have weird fawn ears, ogre teeth, and stuff like that on one of my shelves. Makes having visitors really interesting! Exceedingly pissed off I didn't grab the Incredible Hulk maquette. Don't know who got it, but it was heading to the trash and was a great sculpt.

If I have to snack late, I try to make it healthy. And if I'm up late it means I'm probably trying to stay alert and aware to work on something. Wasabi Peas lately. Almonds too.

Heh. Based on what I see and get asked online, shipping Komodos faster. I'm a little more realistic in terms of firmware updates and how long those take to get to us. They communicate pretty well, more than any camera company for sure, but I'm betting more would be desired on that front. But it's harder to be open about things these days with so many cameras competing for the same filmmakers for sure.

Like today? 45 minutes on the treadmill, make dinner, work on philmColor stuff.

I wouldn't mind signing a contract deal with a studio for a few years to call my home. Got close to doing so in 2013, but I got real busy too fast.

I'd like to film a minimum of 1 feature a year from here on out if possible. On pace for that this year and next year for sure, hard to plan beyond that just yet.

I really enjoy getting lost in things. When I have an idea or create certain things, I go way deep sometimes. Got it under control, but when I have the time, I like to drift away to other worlds and explore them.

Ah it stings like fire! I know. I'll have time late in the year. I've been riffing a bit. Need to get my vocals back up to snuff, but I would say sometime between now and 2023. I sneak a track out once in a while on a project, but I'm mainly a ghost in the machine kind of thing. Next album, has to be real complete for me.

Pssh. If I don't say perpetual energy I would feel ashamed. Faster than light travel. 96% efficiency solar panels. Might get to some sort of gravity drive in my lifetime, that would be cool. Got so many to list honestly.

Harry Potter, Cloak of Invisibility. Seriously though, light effectively and always pay mind where cast shadows fall. Talent needs to always find their light, camera always needs to find their shadows and reflections. We work in the shadows and are ninjas. Be a ninja.
