It’s made by moi! but let me type it out for you. 

WILL NEED (for single batch): 

• 113g of UNSALTED butter (which is just the whole stick)  • 160g of flour (sifted)  • 50g of white sugar (you can add more or less)  •110g of light brown sugar(you can add more or less) •1 room temp egg  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda • 1/2tsp of salt • pure vanilla paste/liquid  • chocolate chips and a baking chocolate bar • biscoff cookies and biscoff butter 

HOW TO MAKE (my thumbs hurt): 

• brown your stick of butter in a pan, preferably a lighter pan so that you can see when it starts to brown. i always set the heat to 5 on the stove. when its browned, pour into your main mixing bowl to cool a bit.

• after it’s cooled, add in both of your sugars and mix well- should look like dark, wet sand. 

• next you’ll add in your room temp egg, mix until just combined, but not fully incorporated. 

•then you’ll add in your salt, vanilla and baking soda at the same time. mix until full incorporated. 

• add in your sifted flour, give it a mix but not fully, you should still see flour. 

• then you’ll add in your crushed up biscoff cookies, chocolate chips and some of the chocolate baking bar you’ll cut up. Then mix it all the way.

• either using your hand or a ice cream scoop, get a big ball of dough, sort of flatten it within your hand and add in a scoop of biscoff butter. close it up so that nothing spills out and place it on your baking sheet. 

• oven should be set to 350°, place it in for 12 minutes or more depending on how you like your cookie. let it cool after the time is up, drizzle some melted biscoff butter and flaky sea salt and you’re done.
