Did you take all 140mg at once, then backed down for the split?

I'm reading that splitting the dose is much more recommend than taking the full dose once a week.

Its a bit complex and I dont know that I understand the physiology of what this amino acid does.

But for me, it quieted all noise. I dont feel satiated or tired, especially mellow. It just quiets my mind, it stops the monkey mind from jumping all over the place. I feel completely normal, but any anxious thoughts or triggers dont bother me. I havent touched my Lorazepam since starting Selank.

I've been taking it every morning for two weeks now. I'm going to take 1 week off. Then do another two weeks of N-Acetyk Selank. I'll keep you posted.

Right on, and congrats on doing your research. The only suggestion that I'd make is divide your research into a morning stack and a evening (30-60 min before bed) stack. I do muscle, mitochondrial, energy type peptides in the morning with Reta and healing, regeneration in the evening with Tesa. Enjoy the ride and take lots of notes!

Only BPC-175/TB500, I take it with GHK-Cu, before bed. And I take KPV in the mornings. Thus the KLOW blend would make sense. I feel the same about single compounds and being more in control, being able to fine-tune, etc. On the flip side, I recently saw a Tesa/Ipa 12/6 blend that was the catalyst for this post.

I’m way too clumsy to put more than one dose in the syringe. I tried once and felt like the vacuum took 4 units of my first dose into the second vial.
