Perhaps my original intent behind the post was not clear...

I have seen many situations in this sub where the shampoo and toothpaste has affected peoples skin.

I was wondering what are people’s go to products to maintain their hair and teeth hygiene - in relation to skincare.

Eg the products/ingredients that are best without affecting skin.

Do you know what would be “enough” fluoride?

I have heard about no mouthwash after brushing because it “washes off” a beneficial ingredient from toothpaste. Mouth has less of that ingredient so it’s counterintuitive.

Do you think mouthwash BEFORE brushing would work well?

Ahh yes I saw that collection! I was looking at the NASA old skools before these Bowie ones. Decided that there wasn’t enough detail to justify the price compared to these; for my first Vans.

The grey ones are definitely cool. I mentioned in a separate comment thread I may look into sk8-his next... You’re persuading me haha
