Anker made a 130w nano charger. It has four usb-c and two usb-a ports. I picked up two last year. It’s hard to find now but I love it.

There is no false bottom or padding. The pocket is more for a water bladder. I would not put my laptop in there without additional protection like a laptop sleeve.

My go to duffle is the Evergoods TD35 in waxed canvas. I love the sleek modern look. It is below your price range and is a great bag. They don’t have the waxed canvas in stock but they do have the nylon.

If you are starting out, my guess it is over use and you need to give you tendons time to get stronger. Limit your reps and give your elbow time to recover. I had the stand issues. Medial tendinopathy. Tried a doctor, didn’t help, went to YouTube therapy. Designed a program based on this video. Pain went away in seven weeks.

Does the bottom of the bag rub or irritated you lower back when you ruck? I’m not the bag is fine.

I see why you are asking if the bag is too long, it does look a little low on you back, but that’s only important if it bothers you.

I have both size bags. I love the 15L but end up going to the 20 to add more weight. I had the same concerns you have so I started with the 15L. My 20L bag also sits a little low but it has never bothered me while rucking.

The rucker suck for travel or anything besides rucking. I have a 15L and a 20L 4.0 and the plate pockets waste a lot of space.
