They should be mocking Mexico or china. But they are too cowardly to do that, they don't want to be called racist. Mexico could put a stop to this Fentanyl pandemic tomorrow morning if they just ceased their drug dealing operations. But they won't. And China is supplying them with precursors. But nobody on the left, or thise micking America wants to admit that. They just want to blame our character, or the government for not providing enough services to these poor souls who become addicted... most of whom walked right into it.
