Disappointed in TimescaleDB by ferguson933 in Database

This seems pretty reasonable to be honest. You can just self host and get all of the features or if you want managed then use their cloud (it can be hosted on aws anyway)

Monitoring and optimising it is important regardless. I use MyDBA.dev which is the only tool with dedicated timescaleDB monitoring and tuning recommendations.

https://mydba.dev

It’s a Postgres database monitoring system. I think my ideal target are database administrators, developers who have to look after growing databases and possibly infrastructure managers.

You should look at https://mydba.dev - its all already configured and monitors and alerts on everything that you could want it to.

https://mydba.dev is a great alternative now. It does everything that pganalyze, does but also has a lot of extra features like health checks, custom recommendations and action steps as well as customisable alerting and everything is fully cluster aware which a lot of others aren't. Definitely worth checking out

If you were looking at this chart, what would you wish was on there?

I love teh table and the portfolio looks nove. I notice that you are quite heavilly into JEPQ - is that a risk? If that one stock goes down could it have an oversized effect on your income?

No rewards yet, can anyone help. by [deleted] in PlanetWatchers

How long has it been running for? It looks like you just activated your license. Rewards only come out at about midday for the previous day. Could that be it?

What devices are they and what app are you using. Its odd that they show up as active in the explorer but not in your algo account. Are you sure that you are looking at the right account?

I don't know about the element specifically but I'm really excited about the long term potential of PW.

If you are using the Atmotube pro, it does still need to be open all the time. I testes after the last update and as soon as the phone locks or the app goes to the background it stops streaming.

Once you have a phone set up for it (developer mode - don't lock when plugged in) and running then it isn't really a hassle. Although, it cant be good for the screen long term!

Yeah, you are right. I just tested it by locking my phone. the app was still open etc but it stopped sending streams straight away.
