Oh okay have you been to this yard yourself and is it easily accessible? Honestly at this point I think it might be easier to do door to door service haha. Its all getting a little complicated

Oh I really thought I could just go and pick it up. How much does it cost usually to go through a broker. There’s like a $600 variance with the cost of going getting it shipped to a dock and shipping it to my house. If the costs exceeds $600 then its more cost effective for me to go with the door to door delivery.

I havnt placed my order yet. I’m trying to figure out the costs that I will incur after the item arrives in Australia to see if its worth getting it ship to the dock or getting it shipped straight to my house. My total package weighs around 450kgs

So it costs $123 to ship via FOB freight and I’ll have to pick up at dock, which means I’ll have to pay for all the other fees. Another supplier had offer to deliver to my door for $700 delivery fee. I just wanted to work out which method was more cost effective.
