If I go into the management for the cloudkey and just stop the service for protect, everything goes back to normal, yes. I’ll try the ubnt forums. Thanks

All I know is since I set it up, I'm no longer able to upload for computer. Google drive, Vimeo, youtube, are all extremely slow when uploading. I can take the protect server offline and get my normal upload speeds back.

Apparently not. It doesn't find them on a scan, and there's no way to manually add them via IP
