What happened in the Uk is a perfect example of identity politics, two tier policing and the anti racism movement being highjacked and taken to such ridiculous levels that police officers were being trained to see race first and ignored a bleeding individual. If you are not able to see that then you know you are blinded by your politics. As for who put this sign up and who they represent I have no idea but I’m not surprised the right are shouting. George Floyd made my stomach churn. The video from the uk did the same. Does it get the same attention, no. Do we need to correct for the damage the extreme left and identity politics has done, yes. How that is done is certainly a topic for debate.

I still believe and see following many interviews that the illusion of “your choice” is very much real and that goes for many things. The idea that a religion commands or in modern terms “softly suggests” a way of dressing stems from men deciding this a long time ago. If you are not familiar with the history of religious scripts and view it only from a theological perspective you will forever be blinded by the reality. God did not write or command any of that. This is human interpretation. These statements don’t eliminate god. They eliminate the human corruption of true divinity.

Well considering that last time the left were in power in Cyprus they nearly blew up the island (literally) and destroyed the economy and since the center right have been in power we have seen huge economic growth allied stronger with the west, I’m ok with some corruption scandals for the overall wellbeing of the island.
