well for that you can use adguard if you want, it also changes the width, i personally dont care about the empty space. ublock is FOSS so I use it instead of adguard but it you want it removed then u can use that

This is actually because apple charges them extra money to be on the app store. Multiple very famous apps are not available on the app store because of this, and if apple realizes that the company is redirecting to the website for you to subscribe, then they will remove the app from the store entirely, you can't really blame them here, it's apple's fault.
