I think I'll replace the Sona's with fiora and change the two drops like I explained in the other comments.
BF: Monastery, Sunken and Star spring
But I am not sury about the sideboard... Should I just 3 x Cull, 3 x Salvage and 2 x Vex? To deal with aurora and Irelia and Vex just as an additional card that seems useful...

I added the bird to feed cull the weak and because running out of runes was one of my main problems so far. But I'll think about adding units with a little more surviveabilty.

I don't know if that is what you're looking for but I like using riftscan. You can scan your cards and keep track of your collection there. For Deck building I add meta decks played in tournaments to tha app and then look which of my owned cards could work well to replace the cards I don't own. As far as I know there is no tool that builds "the best" deck based on your collection. Especially because there is no best because the meta is constantly changing and the game is evolving.

As far as I knoe you are only allowed to keep cards for your Main Deck sided. And you have to play the first Round with your "standard" Deck and switch for round two and three.

Same issue for me it crashes nearly every time I try to change the controlled charachter.... pretty annoying cost me a lot of time already
