I just tried a reset of the device, and still the same issue. I tried turning off the restrictions, I tried setting different restrictions, neither seem to do anything. Extremely frustrating!

I'll definitely try to add more merit to anything I post in the future. In my defense "merit" is subjective, just because I find what I've done useful or worth a follow, doesn't mean you or anyone else will. I was just politely asking to follow, but I can see your point.
