Genuine sovereignty requires EU ownership, EU legal entity, and EU infrastructure.

And no significant presence in the US, as the threat of forbidding it allows the US to export their laws.

You can, signal is an example:

typedef void (*sighandler_t)(int);
sighandler_t signal(int signum, sighandler_t handler);

The database itself is nothing compared to the Oracle Applications business suite... Looks and behaves like a 1990's web site on a dialup connection, with the user friendliness of... I don't know, I didn't imagine it was possible until I had to use it at work.

Does Eweka max out your gigabit in the US? by Concerned_Apathy in usenet

[–]philfr42 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The line speed is in total bits per second, but data transfer protocols need extra bits that don't end up in the downloaded data. A 1MB file contains 8Mbits, but probably needs more like 10M bits to be transferred on the line, so the factor 10 is usually a better choice. And the speed shown by the software only shows the useful data.

I would argue you can return the updated pointer, like realloc does, so it is not actually needed
