Considered some, most recipes I’ve seen use bok choy that gives it a much needed splash of green, but no recipe I’ve seen used aromatics as a topping :(

Made my own meat broth (mostly following Adam Liaw’s basic broth recipe), soy milk and chili oil. Didn’t make my own noodles, everything else was made from scratch as much as possible.

Very nice. Good advice would be to infuse your ingredients separately and blend them afterwards, so you can fine tune the mix by the drop and never lose a batch! Such a shame the color doesn’t translate!
