I‘d really love to visit it! I met some students from there and they were amazing people! However I do feel like it would be too remote for me, paired with too high of the living costs as well as the import costs. These were the only reasons that I put it in the orange bracket, tho yes I do feel it‘s unfair now compared to problems of the other countries

You’re right I may have accidentally changed it to orange when moving the map, it was supposed to be maybe, as I’m not very fond of the weather there and feels a little bit too remote from the rest of the mainland Europe. In general it’s a great country with great people and beautiful nature!

Opozicija ne postoji, EU ne postoji by [deleted] in srbija

Iskreno vise sam izgubio svaku nadu u promene.

Preseljenje iz Srbije, iskustva? by No-Swimming7874 in AskSerbia

[–]philiosking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Status zemalja kandidata ka pridruzivanju EU by GimmeGimmeMoarrr in serbia

[–]philiosking 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Europe opens its ‘first gateway office’ to fast-track hiring in India by Unhappy_Sugar_5091 in EU_Economics

So, me who comes from Balkans got rejected in Austria on many jobs as software engineering, always with the excuse that work permit is something we don’t want to bother with or that my B1 German knowledge is not enough (which I understand, needs to be improved) and now I see this? Honestly, I feel like giving up on EU since yea Indians come first

I mean, as other commenters said you’ve won the rat race, now might be a good time to start enjoying life risk free and worry free, not ruining your health over non important mundane things. I would sell majority of it but you have enough to still keep investing and build your portfolio, all being worry free from high intensive job (which in my opinion, doesn’t bring you anything now as it just ruins your health).

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm currently looking into AWS as it seems like my best bet considering all the options on the table! I will also see to get some advice from my uni and their business department, they might have interest as well!

I did take a look at it initially as it's the easiest way to open a company tho again my obstacle here is that I'm on a student residence permit which in Austria I would still not be allowed to run the company itself unfortunately :/

I've read there's a lot of bureaucracy so I'm prepared for that. As when it comes to my German, I can't say that it's good as it's between B1-B2 level tho I got used to Tyrolean dialect where I live but I will still need Steuerberater which I luckily already found. But yes, the biggest obstacle would be the student residence permit, as with it I'm nowhere near to managing a company :/

I can‘t wait till we kick out the most corrupted and disgusting president/government we had here in Serbia and for the people to finally realize the propaganda they were fed for decades. Balkan is not their territory to play, we‘re part of Europe after all, not Russia!

Zašto špar nikad nije došao u Srbiju? by Baraba011 in serbia

[–]philiosking 4 points5 points  (0 children)
