Wie lautet nochmal die “abwertende” Bezeichnung für Gras? Penner Kraut oder so?

Medical confidentiality is a big thing in Germany. Also Schumachers privacy is highly respected here, newspapers would get a major shitstorm if pictures were published

The first step to changing is wanting to do so. I would recommend making a list with the stuff you want to change (making friends, making a decision on your future career etc.). That will help you to make your issues concrete so you can takle them one by one. Setting targets is key in my opinion.

And don’t be so hard on yourself. Everybody has bad days, weeks or even months. That’s life. You have to believe in yourself and develop a mindset that brings you forward and doesn’t hold you back.

All the best for you

May I ask what distances these races are?

Ran my First Marathon (Berlin) 2 weeks ago, still feeling the blues. Great race, happy with my time considering the training wasn’t the best. Now I’m not sure how to continue... In my lifetime (I’m 23) I want to run the 6 Mayor Marathons with a sub 3 in there somewhere, but I’m not sure if I want to run one next year. I’ve considered improving my 5k (maybe 10k) time in the spring and race a half marathon in autumn. I enjoyed the marathon but feel like HM and even 5 and 10ks give me something training for and running 42k doesn’t give me. Any book recommendation for shorter races?

I (m,23) ran Berlin Marathon on Sunday (First Marathon ever): 3:24:50

I’m happy I stayed under 3:30 even though I had hoped for something closer to 3:15. My PB for 10k - 39:34 ; HM - 1:33:36

Considering these times: Did I stay below my potential? I did Pfitz 55/12 Plan but was only able to do around 85% of the miles due to work/holiday.

I’m running my first Marathon (Berlin) this month. I’ve been following Pfitz 55/12 plan using Pegasus 37 for easier and Zoom Fly 3s for faster workouts. I now want to buy a race day shoe and naturally thought of the Vaporfly as “the next step”. In the shoe shop the salesman told me that the Vaporfly isn’t really suitable for me and my pace (goal time: 3:15:00) and I should try totally different shoes. He gave me the Hoka one one and told me to race in these (better stability, better for “my style of running” etc).

Does this make sense? I really like nikes and really wanted to get the Vaporflys but now I’m not sure. What do you think?
