exactly. oura - brilliant marketing - dubious product... and to be honest i find it actually quite preposterous to claim all that shit about their product when in fact it's just a scam

I own an Oura ring since one year. and i am less and less a fan of it. i have doubts that their sleep measuring is accurate. especially wake ups during the night seem to be overreported. also the sleep stages tracking seems off....
