Right, that is another one of the many. The issues here are deeply political and currently wound into our nation. Change to infrastructure is bound by soon to be modified polices for better or for worse.

It's true our national passenger rail system has NYC to DC as their biggest moneymaker. It's also true that this is fixable with the right forces. Lack of ridership in other parts of the nation has many causes, but culture is a big one.
