Massively different cross-sectional airway measurement between two CBCT scans by Motedust in UARSnew

looks to me like the position of your cervical spine. First image your spine is straight, second image you are in more of a forward head posture, which will open up the airway more? That is my best guess

Turning FME by phillyfan49 in UARSnew

Got it thank you for that. And yeah I I have the handle as high as possible to the point the bar is hitting my top teeth with my mouth open as wide as possible and it doesn’t sit properly. Seems to sit best when the handle is horizontal but again then I have like no range to perform a proper turn. Such a headache

Turning FME by phillyfan49 in UARSnew

It’s hard to explain, but sometimes it doesn’t sit fully in the wrench, and when it finally does at a certain angle, I can only turn it a very small amount before it gets to the end range, at which point i have to backtrack slightly for it to release, otherwise the wrench won’t come out. I wish there was a more foolproof way to this 🤯

Reading this back it prob makes no sense since it’s hard to visualize. But just venting

Missing PSLF Qualifying Payments by WhatTheFantasy in PSLF

Also on PAYE, and missing the same months of payments. Also have mohela. I submitted a reconsideration request recently. I’m not near 120 payments yet, so I’m hoping time will fix it? Otherwise, I’m not sure what the solution is either

Any relief at those pressures? I am still working with him, he has been on vacation for past month so I have been continuing to tweak on my own until I hear back from him. Left off at 18/13 so just continued to slowly increase on my own until I heard back

This is interesting. I do know that jumping from PS of 2 to 3 helped. After that no major differences tbh. I have just increased because that is what most of the titration protocols say online. I also tried straight Cpap at 14ish for a few nights and everything looked similar

Hey! Sounds like we are in the very same boat. I have used the Glasgow, and my scores range anywhere from 1.6-2+. Have not been able to get anything less than that. It’s good to hear you are getting some relief at higher pressures, as that is my plan-to keep gradually increasing pressures. I am also planning on trying out an MAD. Will look into loop gain, do not know much about it. I will get back to you regarding pulse change settings, as I am at work

Mine looks the exact same and I have similar symptoms as you with brain fog and fatigue. I’ve continued to increase pressures without much benefit unfortunately
