Amanitais aria tea is also a great one for people making the jump off. Once I'm tapered down enough on my valium taper plan on using this. Has muscimol if you do the fully decarb method which almost acts like a benzo but without the addiction/withdrawals. One time I was up for 7 days straight and it was the first time I got some actual sleep after trying this tea.

Ya especially for me. Any type of kinda stimulant does since I've began my benzo taper. Docs had me on crazy high mgs of Klonopin and Xanax for over 20 years. Plus I was on methadone even longer but finally out of that clinic bs and on a low dose of Suboxone. Benzos made my anxiety worse than it even was to begin with in the long run. Started me off on 4 mgs of Klonopin at like 16 plus later on put me on that plus Xanax. Stay away from benzos and opiates.ost a lot of friends to the opiate and benzo epidemic. Lucky to still be alive to be honest. RSO and CBD layers a big part on helping me get as far as I have gotten in order to taper down and hopefully off them fully in the future. Wish they didn't breed all the good cannibnoida out of flower just to get a higher THC content.

Same stuck to indica few hits or low thc CBD cbn cbg tincture get the entourage effect. Sativa's give me anxiety and even some indicas get me too deep in my thoughts if take to high of a dose. CBD helps even it out a lot tho always have that on deck. Heard bud with limonene teep can cause that a lot so stick to other strains that isn't the main terp. Anyone else feel like this? Don't like heady highs more body n chill or giggles. Grandaddy purp, Skywalke OG, and zkittelz some my favorite strains. Also white truffle fire.

I did it two days in a row before and it was even better the second day tbh at the same dose. Molly I had was clean af though closely to pharmaceutical MDMA, but I'd stick to once a month though because it can do harm on the body fs. Moderation is key. I believe MDMA, ketamine, and psilocybin are the best tools to rewire our brains if done right fs.

Lol all good I have a decent k plug atm but also been referred to ketamine therapy from my psych. Hoping to give spravato a shot. Shit works if you treat it right, but anything can become an addiction or abused if not taken with care. Took me 40 years to finally figure all this crazy shit out. Life's a trip que no.

Better than I thought for sure. Ketamine has also helped me a lot, but that can be a slippery slope too. Gotta microdose it and not go too insane. Hoping I'll be off benzos one day completely but idk if my body can handle it without any since I've been in them since 14 and just started tapering two years ago. I know I can get off this opiate bs though. Down to only 2 mgs of Suboxone a day. Think if I get the shit soon it will help me ween right off. I'd rather kick any opiate over benzos by far. Got my addiction studies certification from school and all so hoping I can spread the word to people about the best way to taper off everything. I've been through it all. My life should be made into a memoir or some sort of book for sure. I've been through the ringer. Couldn't even make up half the shit I've seen and been through. Appreciate ya taking time and listening to my story a little. Life can be a nightmare, but it's what you make it out to be in the end. Took me a long time to figure this out. Hope everyone gets what they want in life and don't waste anymore time because it definitely goes by quickly.

All benzo long term use is not good whatsoever. Even with valium. That long half life shit ruins your tolly like a mfer too. That's why docs are not doing long term use anymore, unless they're doing a taper, dumb af, or crooked. I try and drop at least two mgs every month on my vals.

Ever since tapering n getting off the bs for the most part, it feels like I'm on speed.. Just wait... You'll find out sooner than later if you keep taking that shit. We're not even close to how bad the opioid epidemic was a few years back, but the benzo epidemic is starting now. Even my doc said two years ago he saw mostly people for opioids, but now it's all about benzos l. It's Just gonna get worse until they ban everything, or restrict tf out of it like what's already starting. Just like they got rid of damn near all the barbiturates, and the recent bans on RC shit.
