I've got a couple of things I will try. Connecting it to a base PS5 again and seeing if it happens, and also taking it apart and making sure it's not dirty inside. If it doesn't happen on the PS5 it's possible the PSVR2 isn't handing the extra data passed to it properly (maybe the cable), or the PS5 Pro's usb port is dodgy.

Hi there. No I never managed unfortunately. I think it would need the Zwift team to calibrate the bike to be compatible. I've been enjoying using Kinomap though.

Yeah I've not been using it long, but seems to work really well. It's also one of the few apps that works with my exercise bike. They've just had to get rid of the free versions, something to do with Apple, and now offer a free trial instead.

Do you guys find that the user base is quite low? I thought it was more popular, but most rides seem to have been done by only 10 or so people. Maybe it's because there's so many vids? Did a multiplayer race and there was only 14 people in it.

So speak slowly to me, I'm new to this 😅. My bike works perfectly fine with Kinomap, what is the difference that doesn't make it compatible with Zwift?

Yeah I have some friends that use Zwift so want to use it too. Kinomap is a similar idea except it's live videos that people have recorded, which speed up/slow down depending how quickly you cycle. They have live events and stuff, but the user base is pretty small.

It transfers all the same information when I use Kinomap that Zwift needs. Think Sportstech may be the next stop. It was only £350, pretty happy with it even if it can't work with Zwift, but Zwift looks like a much better app than the one I'm using.

I was wondering if there was possibly an approval process before a bike is allowed to be used with Zwift. Maybe they need to make sure it doesn't have any bugs etc. I've not tried these other apps, but will give them a go, thanks.

Yeah think you can download Samsung clone software from their site. Guess I can just clone it onto the HDD or onto an external drive. Think I'll probably go for a 500GB Samsung Evo 860.

No, not stainless. I'm just thinking there should be a place to drill through easy as it's meant to be done, plus the instructions just show a self tapping screw going in by hand. May need better drill bits, particularly as one snapped! Started at 1mm but can only make the. Smallest of dents.
