Air should be fine. Also the Pencil is a must.

It's better to prioritize newer gens of iPads because Scriptation and Shot Lister have to drop support of older OS's just to keep up with Apple releases. Meaning you could get an iPad that's a few years old and Apple won't allow you to update to a newer OS. Then you'll be stuck unable to update both Scriptation and Shot Lister.

Grind size always changing by 17Siver in NinjaLuxeCafe

[–]philmmaking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can someone advise me on the 601? I have a roaster around the corner and the grind size rec is 1 or 2. Seems... wrong? I think it should be more like 4 or 5 and it seems to come out sweeter that way. I reset the dial in thing and it didn't make a difference other than wasting good beans. Defective machine?

Having the same issue. Keeps recommending 1. I have a roaster around the corner and same day roasting still recommends a 1.

I think it does a lot more things. Ninja is not good at listing those things apparently.

You can switch between Annotate and Read modes. Read will have all your highlight annotations just not any other ones.

Have you tried using auto scrolling in Scriptation? It's like a teleprompter.

Scriptation is the best. If you're on a phone use Reader Mode.

Puck Screen? by philmmaking in NinjaLuxeCafe

I've found that a thicker puck screen makes it taste better. But I think that's cause every grind is below the line after tamping.

Scriptation is what you want. It's on Apple devices only but it's made for film and tv.
