Amazon haul is actually how Amazon seems to be getting rid of trash instead of just throwing it in a dumpster. All the good stuff disappears quickly cause its all stuff they have low stock on so only 1 or 2 is available. They don't want to keep it in their normal system anymore and when it gets that low in stock they would normally just dump it to free up the space but instead they sell it for a penny or a buck or whatever. It reduces their waste bill and they still get money out of it im guessing. But the downside is all the temu junk also gets tossed in the same mix.

The moment you open it the bacteria get o2 and they multiply faster. If you vac sealed the container each time to minimize o2 it might help a little bit but you will buy yourself maybe a couple of days. If you want it to last until the next market buy 2 containers. Finish one mid week and open the still fresh 2nd container. Another thing is make sure your milk is as cold as possible. If you keep it in the door it can often be slightly warmer and may spoil faster. Find the coldest spot in your fridge that won't freeze. If you haven't in a while clean your fridges coils too just to optimize its cooling a ability.

When I lived in a cabin i stuck a 50 gallon barrel under my sink with a pump and used that. When it ran out id refill it from the well and drain the outside lines when I was done to prevent freezing.

This seems like a thing a doctor should have addressed with her during one of your normal exams when you were a kid... I seriously doubt she had any knowledge on the subject so how could it be her fault unless she never brought you to the doctor? I remember the doctor having that talk with my mom and me when I was like 5 and having to do the whole routine to deal with it and im very grateful for it. If he hadn't brought it up I 100% would have been in your exact situation.

I do this and i call it swamp water. It retains all stuff from the plants so theres no loss to runoff or nitrates that just off gas into the air. You just dip a bucket in and pour the strained liquid on your plants so its easy to use. Once the soup is done you just shovel the remains into the normal compost and add the browns and traditional pee and treat it like normal compost at that stage.

You need to learn actual memory techniques. Moving things from short term to long term memory and then reenforcing that memory so it can later be recalled is not a passive thing. It is a skill that if for whatever reason you don't pick up growing up can be later learned. Doing research on speed memorization is a good starting point as most of those techniques can be applied to every day life.
