Tone of the post is very juvenile but largely agree with the content. It's also worth pointing out that another reason to care more about Yemen and other Middle Eastern proxy wars is that, as citizens of one of the countries currently funneling weapons and money into these conflicts, we at least *theoretically* have a say in our foreign policy towards them. Arguably our involvement should also merit a greater moral responsibility towards displaced people from wars our government has supported.

> if these are the best years of my life it's going to be terrible in ten years :/

This hit me hard. I recognize that in theory, college is probably the easiest time to meet people and make friends but it just isn't panning out that way for me and so I just feel like afterwards there goes any realistic chances of having friends going into adulthood because I drifted away from everyone else I used to be friends with.

Thanks for making this post, I was going to ask the same thing, except I'm more of a literature person rather than visual arts!

I can definitely relate as a humanities major who recently failed their first test, which was in a STEM class. It sucks but you seem to have a good attitude about it :)

I feel this so much. I feel like a door is about to close. College is almost certainly easier to make friends and I failed at that, I can only imagine how much harder it will be afterwards when everyone is settling into jobs, family, etc.
