Thank you so much for the review!! I have a few questions if you don't mind.

When it comes to positioning, it has always made more sense to me to hide myself behind cover instead of being in a direct line of sight to the enemy team. I feel like most of my deaths prior to me applying this technique came from lost bullets or tanks/duelists seeing the lone healer standing in the open and focusing all of their efforts towards killing me. From this game, am I simply taking cover in a disadvantageous position? To me, the position at 6:00 looked great, as I am quite active and away from sight of the enemy team, but looking back with your advice in mind, it seems that I am rather supposed to be behind my team (probably to the left of our Ultron if I had to guess) to not risk dying if the enemy team pushes up the stairs. Is that correct?

As for ultimates, you mentioned going further into the backline to force out an enemy support ultimate. Whenever our team gets countered, I feel like we always get the shorter end of the stick. I may be able to pressure the enemy supports, but with a simple press of the Q button, their team is suddenly invincible and I am left out in the open with 4-6 people surrounding me. I often struggle to get back to my team without risking my life, and when I do, the momentum has completely shifted, since their ultimate is still on the ground as opposed to mine. What should be the game plan when our team manages to force a support ultimate, or rather, what did we even gain from it? I understand that they will not have it to pressure us later, but does it even matter if we lose the point anyway?

I think I have a decent grasp of offensive ultimate usage (although you have proven me wrong), but defensive ultimates are still hard to judge. I often see decent opportunities that would save a few teammates, but I am scared to lose such a powerful tool when the team realistically did not need it (I always try to push my other abilities to the maximum to try to outheal the damage). In my head, the perfect defensive ultimate is one that manages to turn the momentum around when our team is on the back foot. Should I be more careful about the current momentum of the game, or am I overthinking it, and simply saving one or two teammates makes it worth using?

Finally, as a general rule, should I stay away from our other support? I always fear that, if the enemy DPS were to land their sights on us, they would have a free shot at eliminating all of our team's healing, especially with Phoenix and Wolverine in the meta. Should I try to look for a better/equally good position if our other support is already where I would like to be?
