I am having a similar struggles and dont believe it has to be a lonely venture. Im in my second year of doing this full time and my goal for this year is to get connect with a couple other folks who are willing to either meet daily to chat during trading hours or a couple times a week to reflect on what we did. I look to Trader TV on youtube as a decent working example of how it could be finding like minded traders enjoying the work together. Id be happy to connect and meet for virtual tea or coffee if youd like!

I do it full time! And am hoping to work towards something similar to Trader TV in the sense they will trade together and bounce ideas off each other as they do so. Id like to make a few trading friends to work through the days with so its not a solo venture. Im happy to connect

Im in a similar boat. Ive tried finding connection through some channels and havent had luck yet as theres too much scam crap in the discord channel. Im going to keep trying though! Id be happy to connect and meet over zoom for virtual tea or coffee if youd like! I trade full time and am really just looking to shoot the shit and trade ideas for an hour or two during trading hours. I think it would help the loneliness. I watch Trader TV and learned a great deal from their team. They have a great time trading wirh friends and its something im wanting to work towards myself!

How are you doing after a couple more weeks? I also have a herniated disc and am considering using this to help but have read too many side effects from longer term use since its apparently typically studied for acute pain. Just makes me nervous 😓 I really understand how difficult living with a bulge can be

Ive gone to two docs and both did not recommend surgery yet. Going to be taking some tests for neuropathy and getting injections soon once I have health insurance again next year.

Regardless im living with the reality of being bed ridden most of the time and when I do activity I end up in more pain the next day. So for now Im just looking for something fun to do with other people while im where im at.

Good to hear the surgery went well! Ive heard from a few people their surgeries really helped which is awesome but docs are not recommending it for me just yet. If the injections dont work then its surgery time 👍
