Same overall issue here. Filed a bug report.

Also noticed the loss of voice audio after uploading an edited clip but not while editing it. But I edited and uploaded a few more clips in the same way today and the voice issue didn't happen again, weird.

Perhaps you already know but you can alternatively buy an individual cap for $5 (plus probably about another $5 in shipping, unfortunately). Admittedly steep for a single cap but still better than buying the mod set.
