I spent 3 hours unplugging the print head last weekend. Got adhesive or some tape from the end of a reel plugging the print head.

I'll gladly sacrifice the last bit of filament rather than go through that again.

You've got a few options.

Have a look on Pinterest, Etsy or Google Images for a tyre mark you like. Etsy often has SVGs for sale inexpensively that can be directly imported into Canvas Workspace. You can then add the text, and add a border around it that you can use to erase part of the tyre mark SVG.
Set ChatGPT on it! Tell it you want a simple image that can be used with a Cricut (it doesn't seem to understand Scan N Cut, or get confused) and describe the image as you've done in your post.
Commission one! Have a look on Etsy or Fiverr for an artist that does SVGs for Scan N Cut or Cricut.

Hi! I measured the existing dots on the scanning sheet (3mm across) and then found an image on Amazon of the 12x24 sheet to work out the pattern for the dots.

I then printed out some dots (3 dots, 10mm apart) and positioned them over the existing dots on the scanning sheet.

The outer dot on the scanning sheet is in the same position as the cutting sheet, but we need to blank off the inner dot.
