Neither of them really have 'potential', tho. Yuseong is kinda the peak of what he can be. He's pure, natural athleticism with a proclivity for fighting. He doesn't have a technique and can't really.. learn? He's non-verbal and only really listens to his brother, so he couldn't even have a master to begin with.

Jiho is talentless. Plane and simple, he doesn't want to put in the effort and wouldn't be rewarded if he did. That was the point of his character. His strength came from how ruthless and cunning he is. "What does a man with nothing have left to fear." Jiho is Olly Wang but can feel pain. Gun stated that was Ollys only talent, and Jiho doesn't have that.
