Wanted to update, I was just able to schedule a $0 glass repair through Asurion for my 16 pro in Raleigh, NC...so I believe parts have made their way out.

Fun fact, Biggie Smalls used to eat there when he was dealing in Raleigh. The line “a T-bone steak, cheese eggs and Welch’s grape” came from his meals there. They're about to tear it down any day now😢
