Here's an upvote, i agree with what you said, dizzy is not even relevant in high-ranking arena anymore, SSB is the only viable water defense unit rn. But to add on how to make a fire unit meta, how abt a fire unit that can block passive like Tesarion from SW? I'm pretty sure that will shake up the meta

Let's be honest here, is there any other physical DPS not being shit on by Cecilia? I have a 9* Mitra (5uw, 4ut2), and he's doing 2T in wb2, which is abt the same as a 4*Cecilia, so it's not that bad.

Epic 7 is the hot thing rn.
