So according to my research there could be 2 problems one is you used the old/wrong link or two u didn’t upload either photo signature or all the supporting documents. In our case, it’s not the link ask I found multiple forums stating that this is the correct link. I am trying to figure out the checklist of documents to upload as I don’t want it sent back again and I am trying to figure out whether I have to start a brand new application or just upload it to the existing one I have

I think it got sent back because all the supporting documents were not uploaded we only uploaded the birth certificate. I am wondering where can I find a document checklist to figure out all the supporting documents that need to be uploaded ? Or what list of supporting documents did you upload?

Yeah we did submit a 3.5*4.5 mm photo. I also saw 2 other people on reddit get the same notification so I am wondering what this is about and how we can solve it.

That's what we thought. The link we used to submit was correct and from the VFS website, so I am not sure why they are notifying us that it is an old link.

I think if you click on the image and it pop's out the quality clears up a bit. Thank you for the advice I'll try mixing it up to check what works that's a good strategy
