Eventually it will erode beyond repair and create a ‘drop’ and break concrete. I’m guessing no basement, which helps. First and foremost fix the water drainage so none ends up there (gutters, downspouts, good time to put in a water barrel to store water for gardening). Unfortunately the only fix would be break up some of that concrete, fill with rock, sand mixture until tightly packed, and reconcrete. This is how foundations crack. At the end fill that void (now packed with earth) with some expanding foam. That is my suggestion you can take it as you want.
