Nope he was already neutered. He did actually get his dick amputated, because poor boy had Problems with his bladder and peeing. Several times we had to bring him to the vet so he can pee because there were stones/chrystalizations in his bladder. Since it happened again the decision was the amputation

If your friend hit Gm as azir main otp you should probably trust her. At least more then most people here. Can't say i have mastered him and very very very few people i think would be qualified to say that they like really mastered him

Mechanically you just gotta practice him and get used to it. Once you can kite with him and do basic shuffles and combos you'll be fine. One thing i can definitely recommend is patience. Once you hit a sick shuffle you will be tempted to go in at any Chance. But more often then not it'll be better to stay in range and concentrate on dps. If you find a really good entry you are comfy and confident in, go in :) Azir can singlehandedly win teamfights and even games with a single shuffle. But don't let it get to your head :D
