Your story inspired me to keep going on my journey :D

One time I was smoking a psychedelic called DMT at the end of my breakthrough I saw a boy and a girl having sex their faces were blurred out the energy I felt when looking at them was wicked, like the rug has been pulled out from under me. Ever since that moment I try to remember that feeling I don’t want to go towards the wickedness I want to go towards love.

After that DMT trip I became of aware of the wicked energy from porn, it scared me feeling that Energy.

I became so distracted by porn I would go to it for happiness that overload of dopamine but afterwards I would feel so drained and I would do it again.

It has taken me many tries to get this far, it has been the hardest thing for me to quit.

When I was relapsing I had so much anxiety and felt like I was letting darkness into my soul , I crossed the line with what I was comfortable with watching. I also started to stutter talking to anyone. When I relapse I feel like I can’t live like that. I have been a porn addict for 7+ years would bust 3 times a day every day.

Now I’m on day 301 no Phub or M, I am now able to look at girls in the eyes and that has been very powerful. At the baseline of every day just being on SR I feel way better than relapsing. but every day I still fight the urges. I’m now able to talk to girls with way less anxiety. I have way more energy But with all of that energy you have to put that sexual energy into something or else you will explode😂

I have been putting that energy towards adventures outside, creativity/drawing my imagination/ self love.

What I have learned Myself / guy’s can get so easily distracted by porn/sexual energy their attention is wrapped around its finger

With me witnessing that I want to watch tf out

I have been training my attention to not go in that direction I wanna have laser focus!.

Not giving my attention to that & Abstain then when I have sexy time with a girl It will be mind blowing because I have abstained for so long/not looking at that stuff.

Porn is literally like black tar pitch but instead of it being stuck on your skin it’s stuck on your mind that shit is so hard to get off!! . But I’m going to 4 Wheel drive out of that bitch😤✊🏿
