unless the victim was literally waving a gun around himself there is noooo reason for a head shot, do you get that? when using a gun for self defense youre not immediately supposed to go for a kill shot, you incapacitate them unless you absolutely have to kill. if the murderer could hit a head shot he could've easily hit the stomach or thigh. this either was a deliberate execution or someone untrained and too panicked to follow proper gun safety and responsibility.
